3. What data do I process?
When visiting the website (Google Analytics): IP address, time of visit, data of the visited subpages, type of operating system and browser used.
Email subscription: You can subscribe to the email list via the website or by email.
In this case, you voluntarily consent to the processing of the following data: name and email address.
You may unsubscribe from the email list at any time.
Data is stored using the app.bevetel.hu CRM software (see details below).
Contact form: The contact form on the website allows online communication.
The following data is requested: name, phone number, and email address.
These data are processed based on consent.
4. Why do I process your data?
- To ensure the proper and high-quality operation of the website.
- To monitor and improve the quality of my services.
- To measure website traffic.
- To maintain contact with users.
- To send regular newsletters to my subscribers.
All personal data provided is treated confidentially and is not shared with third parties.
1. CRM System
The email list is managed using the app.bevetel.hu CRM service.
To perform the newsletter service, I only access the following data: name and email address.
Users may unsubscribe or request deletion of their data at any time by emailing szamitas@szamitas.com.
The data of unsubscribed users are regularly deleted automatically.
The data managed by the app.bevetel.hu CRM software is not transferred to any third party.

5. What are your rights and remedies?
You have the right to:
- request information about the processing of your personal data;
- request the correction, modification, or completion of your data;

- lodge a complaint or initiate proceedings with the supervisory authority.

The legal basis for processing is your consent.
Your data will be deleted within 10 days upon your written request.
Cookies created by Google Analytics are valid for 30 days and are automatically deleted thereafter.
Session IDs are automatically deleted when you leave the website.
